When to contact the school nurse:
- When there is a change in your child's health status such as a new diagnosis
- newly prescribed medication
- change in current medication
- serious injury, illness, or hospitalization
- If your child has suffered a fracture, sprain, or stitches
- If your child has a cast, brace, or crutches
- If your child has been diagnosed with any contagious diseases (Covid-19, Flu, strep throat. whooping cough, chicken pox, etc.)
