Meet the Teacher!
Welcome to Third Grade!
My name is Lisa LeDonne. This is my 20th year teaching at Stewartsville. I feel blessed to work in such a beautiful school in such a fantastic school district. Prior to coming to Norwin, I taught for 9 years in the Wilkinsburg School District. So, I have been teaching for a total of 29 years! Most of my years were spent in first grade. Seven years ago, I made the change to third grade and I absolutely LOVE it! I love teaching math and science. I cannot wait to share my excitement for both subjects with your child. I graduated from Clarion University with my BA in Education in 1991.
On a personal note, I am married to my husband Bob. We have been married to 31 years. We have 2 children. My daughter Michaela is 26 years old. She graduated from Seton Hill University in 2018 and is currently doing her ER residency in Johnstown. My son Anthony is 24 years old. He graduated from California University of Pennsylvania. He is currently a police officer in McKeesport. As a family, we enjoy vacationing at the beach. My husband and I enjoy exercising, hanging out with neighbors and friends, and cooking together. I personally love to read, walk, and spend time with my family.
I am really looking forward to working with your child and your family this year.
We are going to have a "super" year!
