Meet the Teacher!
Welcome to Third Grade!
My name is Lisa LeDonne. This is my 16th year teaching at Stewartsville. I feel blessed to work in such a beautiful school in such a fantastic school district. Prior to coming to Norwin, I taught for 9 years in the Wilkinsburg School District. So, I have been teaching for a total of 25 years! Most of my years were spent in first grade. Four years ago, I made the change to third grade and I absolutely LOVE it! I love teaching math and science. I cannot wait to share my excitement for both subjects with your child. I graduated from Clarion University with my BA in Education in 1991.
On a personal note, I am married to my husband Bob. We have been married to 28 years. We have 2 children. My daughter Michaela is 23 years old. She graduated from Seton Hill University in 2018. My son Anthony is 21 years old. He is a senior at California University of Pennsylvania. He is studying Criminal Justice and Homeland Security. As a family, we enjoy vacationing at the beach. My husband and I enjoy exercising, hanging out with neighbors and friends, and cooking together. I personally love to read, walk, and spend time with my family.
I am really looking forward to working with your child and your family this year.
We are going to have a "super" year!
