Welcome

Mr. Fallone has a deep-rooted commitment to student success and a passion for educational excellence. He is excited to collaborate with our talented faculty, dedicated students, and engaged families to create an environment where every learner can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. 

His education includes a K-6 Elementary Education Degree with a concentration in Urban Education and a Graduate Degree in Educational Leadership with K-12 Principal Certification. Mr. Fallone’s experience covers Math curriculum and instruction, student assistance program engagement, RTII involvement, grade-level budget management, district-wide comprehensive planning involvement, and building and district-level advisory roles. Serving as a classroom teacher in 3rd, 5th, and 6th grade over a ten-year span has provided him with opportunities to hone his skills in the areas of effective teaching practices, curriculum development, student-centered learning approaches, and classroom pedagogy. In tandem with his experience as a teacher-leader, Mr. Fallone was the Assistant Principal at Norwin High School (2y), Acting Principal for the Norwin Online Academy (2y), and has served as the Head Men’s Volleyball Coach (4y) for Norwin School District. 
 
Mr. Fallone resides in North Huntingdon with his wife Emily, two daughters, and son. Outside of education, his interests include working out, hiking, reading, watching sports, and spending time with family. As a 2008 graduate of Norwin High School, Mr. Fallone is passionate about serving Norwin and remains committed to the growth and support of all students, faculty, and community members.
